What insurances do you hold?

To ensure all parties are fully protected throughout the building process, and in alignment with regulatory law, we carry $20M in Public Liability Insurance, $20M in Products Liability Insurance and $12M in Home Owner’s Warranty Insurance.

How long will it take to complete my project?

Every project is unique. The failsafe way to identify how long your project will take to complete is to contact us for a complimentary consultation where we will discuss the scope of your project, from which we will be able to provide a clear guide of timelines and expectations.

Do you provide a fixed price quote?

Absolutely. Complete transparency and a quality build backed by a quality building process set the minimum benchmark for our relationship with you. As a result, you are guaranteed a fixed price contract and absolutely no nasty surprises.

Is your team in-house?

We have a dedicated in house team of carpenters and office staff, led by Mintconstruct’s Managing Director Geoff Symons backed by over 22 years in the construction industry.

Who will be my central point of contact?

From the moment you engage Mintconstruct, Managing Director Geoff Symons, along with our Customer Service Officer & Project Manager Michaella Atkinson will be your central point of contact throughout the duration of your build, keeping you continuously informed and engaged in the process from concept to completion.

What if I don’t have plans?

No matter where you are at in your design/concept stage, Mintconstruct are ready to step in. A complete concept to completion service is available, and we do recommend engaging your builder in the design work early if you have not done so already to ensure your plans match with your budget from the outset. Alternatively, our initial consultation can revolve around your existing plans without any problems at all.
