Yes. Waterfront and canal-front rebuilds are a specialty. These blocks require additional engineering, piling and council consideration, which we manage end-to-end as part of the rebuild contract.
In most cases, yes — demolition approval plus building approval for the new home, and sometimes a development application depending on the site and overlays. Mintconstruct manages all approvals through City of Gold Coast (or the relevant council) on your behalf.
