Do you build small developments — just 2, 3 or 4 townhouses?+

Yes. Much of our multi-unit work is exactly that scale — 2, 3 and 4-townhouse developments for private investors and small developers on a single title or freshly subdivided lots. We're equally set up for larger medium-density schemes, and our QBCC Unrestricted licence means there's no unit count or project value we're not licensed to deliver in Queensland.

Can you handle townhouse design and construct end to end?+

Absolutely. We deliver townhouse developments design-and-construct — coordinating town planner, architect, civil and structural engineers, building certifier and council from feasibility through to handover. If you already hold a DA, we can pick it up and value-engineer it; if you're starting with raw land, we'll guide yield, layout and product mix before you commit.

How long does a townhouse development take to build?+

A typical small Gold Coast townhouse development of 3–4 units runs around 10–14 months from site start to practical completion, depending on civil scope, the number of storeys and weather. Larger medium-density schemes are staged. You receive a binding construction programme at contract and live progress through our client portal.

Do you build townhouses in Brisbane as well as the Gold Coast?+
